Dutch translation

Translator notes

For the Dutch translation we have chosen the informal tone of voice (je/jij/jouw) instead of the formal one (u/uw). Although this will work out fine in most (work)places in the Netherlands, Flemish users will probably frown upon this crudeness. If an interested Flemish translator finds this important enough, creating a copy form the nl version will be easy to start with.
