The suggestion was a text button. I managed to fit the string "Wiki code" on a standard 20x20 button to replace hide.gif.

Raymond Lutz writes: I think "Wiki Text" is more accurate. It is a text file and is actually quite easy to use for simple pages, whereas "code" will probably scare newbies.

PS: I use the color of the H in the HTML button to the left, with font MgOpen moderna at 10px

Commited the "Wiki text" version in SVN

I have also changed the text-alternate in the quick-help to match.

This is a usability fix that should be in release branch as well.

I have also updated the other 3 button images to make them somewhat more in line.
