Adding 'template' attribute for edit script allows one to specific a custom EDIT_TEMPLATE via a url parameter. However, this is not reflected in the documentation under CommandAndCGIScripts.

Proposed wording to be added under edit script documentation (adapted from wording for view script):
template Allows you to specify a different skin template, overriding the 'edit' template the edit script would normally use. Has the same affect as adding EDIT_TEMPLATE setting to the topic.

Does this attribute also work for some other scripts such as attach or rename, or should it be added to list of "Common Parameters"?

Merged with a bunch of other fixes in that topic.
