Item11568: Re-introduce style option and new default calendar skin

In the revert action the child with the bath water...

This update includes:
  • pass language and style option to JSCalendarContribInline include
  • new default calendar style (large)
  • compress css+js

Trunk and release are now equal. The parse date functionality has been removed.

Unit tests don't pass anymore on trunk. There are no unit tests on release branch. Strange.
