A number of features and bug-fixes have been applied to SSP on (tm)Wiki. Need to sync up to minimize migration issues.

• TWikibug:Item6679 - Fix issues with LISTRAND
• Add unit test for LEFT and RIGHT - identified in Item1998
• Add unit test for LIST - identified in Item9400 TWikibug:Item6668
  • Found issue in fix for Item9400. Split was in the wrong location.
• TWikibug:Item6537 - Unit test and fix for $EVAL(2+08) returning "illegal octal digit"
• Add unit test for TWikibug:Item6493: Fix for $PRODUCT(0,4) returning 4 instead of 0
• TWikibug:Item6666 Added $SPLIT() and unit test
• TWikibug:Item6690 New functions BITXOR(), HEXDECODE(), HEXENCODE(), XOR() and unit tests
• TWikibug:Item6669 Adding new $LISTNONEMPTY() function and unit tests
• TWikibug:Item6681 Adding new WHILE() function
• TWikibug:Item6526 Add ISO 8601 week number to FORMATTIME (Caution!)
• TWikibug:Item6472 Adding support for DOY in $TIME()

Added the ISO 8601 week number calculations.It appears that for them to be accurately calculated you should use FORMATGMTIME instead of FORMATTIME. The dates validate correctly when GMT is specified.
