Item9400: CALC doesn't handle lists in cells as documented

The doc in SpreadSheetPlugin says:

Convert the content of a range of cells into a flat list, delimited by comma. Cells containing commas are merged into the list

No it doesn't, it just adds the cells as separate items.

That mist be a bug also in 1.0.9. So Waiting For Release to get it in release note

Close it again if I am wrong
