Item10992: FORMFIELD can't default to zero

Let's say WaitingFor is empty for this bug item. Then

  • FORMFIELD{"WaitingFor" default="0 "} = '0 ' but
  • FORMFIELD{"WaitingFor" default="0"} = '0' ... should be '0'

... after all these years.
