MoveableTypeSkin has been superseded by the WidgetsSkin

WidgetsSkin uses Moveable-Type's html and css to produce the same easy skinning for foswiki, but extends the customizability using foswiki named SECTIONS that are used to INCLUDE widgets into your Design.

This Skin is still here for users that don't have time to update their css and themes, as it uses the layouts from version 3 of Moveable Type, while WidgetsSkin uses version 4's html (similar, but not identical)
