Item9965: Replace calls to the configure script by the variable view in configure's CSS files

My web hosting company requires an extension (.pl) to cgi scripts. By adding the .pl extension to the configure script, there are a lot of resources not found (HTTP 404). I fixes those problems by replacing all references to the configure script with the variable view in pattern.css and style.css.
