Right now, failures encountered during sending e-mail don't mention the recipient: 

Mail could not be sent - please ask your %WIKIWEBMASTER% to look at the Foswiki warning log.

The most common failure is nonexistent recipient. Mentioning the recipient would be of great help in diagnosing email failures.

The fix is checked into trunk. Should it be synced over to the release 1.1 branch?
