Item9890: Attachments corrupted on Windows

Attachments undergo crlf conversion on windows, which breaks binary attachments, like Swf and PDF.

Issue appears to be lack of a binmode in the = Store::VC::Handler::openStream()

Thanks to Babar for pointing out it being a missing binmode issue.
