its bugged me for all of foswiki, that the USERSWEB web doesn't link to users and groups -

Kenneth - can we call this a patternskin / ui thing and merge to 1.1.0?

Since Main web is the web that holds the users and groups and normal end users will need to find both groups and list of users often, it makes sense. And it is a plain docu update so I have no problem with putting this in 1.1.0
