Item9321: Logging of logout event exposed uninitialized string in Foswiki.pm logger

Item8851 added a logging for authentication logout.

This results in the $user string being uninitialized in the Foswiki.pm logging routines.

Add check for undefined $user, and use empty string if undefined. User logging out is recorded in the actual message.

Doesn't need to be documented.
