Item9221: Formatting issues, colours & error in fullscreen

Applying a new colour to already coloured text does not work; keeps wrapping selection with yet another <font... tag.

Need to update the logic to use the new formatter API in 3.3

Also, transition to fullscreen gives a JS error because the control manager object is no longer in scope

We should really be using the colour button of the theme_advanced skin, it has a nifty split button to avoid a dialogue popup for the standard colours.

This was added to the plugin's release history because I did make a release to the Testing web. However, it doesn't need to be in the Foswiki 1.1 release notes. Closing
