Not all distros include /usr/share/lighttpd/ (RHEL5.5, rpm from rpmforge).

The core/tools/ should check for the existence of /usr/share/lighttpd/ before including it.

If it doesn't exist, use hard-coded mimetype.assign (as taken from /etc/lighttpd/lighttpd.conf)

Thanks for the fixes. I also brought them back to 01x00, as I still use to test there.
