In trying to recreate Tasks.Item8713 by calling Func::saveTopic with a missing or incorrect Web Name, it was discovered that Meta would create a empty directory for the missing web, and save the topic into the missing web. Because the Web doesn't contain a WebPreferences, it is not considered a web and cannot be accessed. -- GeorgeClark - 11 Jun 2010
