Item8934: Func::saveAttachment does not default the save date

If you call Func::saveAttachment without providing a filedate, then the attachment is displayed as having been created "1 Jan 1970".

The core ought to provide a default (the current time) - in fact, it should probably ignore whatever is passed in the filedate, after all it's in charge.
