Item8847: Make sure that the 1.1 pattern skin works well on screens with a 1000 px width screen

We've had complaints that the 1.0 pattern skin uses too much whitespace, and doesn't fit without scrolling sidewards on widescreen monitors turned sidewards - ie, SW developers.

(close when the skining is complete :))

1000px width - do "they" have smaller or larger screens? The specification is a bit vague.

larger - but sidewards - ie, 22" widescreen turned by 90degrees (1000x1600) for eg.

really annoyingly we should think about 768x1366 if we can..

though tbh, the size of the screen is irrelevant. I almost never maximize my browser - I prefer it to be around 800px wide, and use the other 3 800px columns for error logs, unit tests and editor.

Implemented as column styles, can be selected in PatternSkinTheme.
