Item8623: Include JQueryPlugin in 1.1

Urgent	Closed	Extension	JQueryPlugin

I am counting on it for TinyMCEPlugin. Working on some wysiwyg on formfields stuff, I can see it would be nice to re-factor a lot of our JS eg. JSCalendar used for date picking etc. to nifty JQuery stuff too.

But personally I am keeping my ambitions for TinyMCEPlugin as modest as possible in 1.1 context. I doubt I have enough time to refactor stuff that is beyond WYSIWYG in time for 1.1 (my personal goal is to avoid any wysiywg stuff holding back a June RC).

What needs to be done for 1.1 context?

• Add JQueryPlugin to core MANIFEST (done)
• JQuery-fy TinyMCEPlugin, see Item2297

This has been done, more "JQuery-ificaiton" is needed but is out of scope for Foswiki 1.1. Further JQueryPlugin is being done in other tasks.
