It does exist. It's known as
System.SiteChanges. It's been called that for several releases.

oh what a stupid name. no-one else seems to know about it

, and instead here on foswiki.org a
WebChangesForAllWebs was migrated.
looking at
WebStatistics and
WebStatistics, it hasn't been a successful renaming - but then the side bar links point to the wrong place, not just my fingers.
Thus, I have updated
SiteChanges with the nice JS based version we have on foswiki.org, updated the side bar, and changes the
WebChangesForAllWebs tojust be a pointer to the new topic. education is fun
