Normal Closed Engine TWiki::Sandbox  
FastCGI tie's STDOUT, STDIN and STDERR in order to work properly. TWiki::Sandbox::sysCommand doesn't untie STDERR before closing it, leading to errors. Since the untie doesn't have effect on not-tied variables, it should be added.
