Item509: Remove un-needed pub/WebPreferences/logo.gif files which are not used and still TWiki logos

Foswiki is full of TWiki logos attached to WebPreferences.

Per default we never use these logos.

If people need their own they attach one. Like documented.

I cannot see any need to replace these logos by Foswiki versions. I simply remove them
