I just noticed that due to some of the testing I've been doing, I've accidently configured my system to allowing registration, passwordmgr to none and templatelogin, and verify off

which means that there is no use auth happening, but anyone can register as a non-existing userTopic, and is automatically logged in as that user.

not a useful setup.

7 years. I think we really need a more definitive proposal on what combinations are valid and which are nonsensical. Setting to no action.
