so I can come along later and create

lib/TWiki/Contrib/TWikiForDisabledUsersContrib

.... if you get my drift. The advantages would be:

* Ability to build different TWikiFors * Consistency with all other uses of BuildContrib

We have a "core" contrib, so closing this.
