Support ranges for date parameters

e.g. to find all actions that were closed in a specified period.

Yes please! This is almost a deal breaker for us. Makes action tracker clumsy and unintuitive for taking minutes for regular meetings.

More generally, full boolean searching of the parameters would be much easier to use. Currently there is one test per parameter and they are all joined by AND. That's a bit limiting, to say the least.
