Item318: if you have a trailing / on your url, foswiki assumes all preceeding parts of the URL are webnames

http://trunk.foswiki.org/Main/WikiGroups/ tries and fails to goto Main/WikiGroups.WebHome, which is clearly not useful.

this also breaks viewfile - and shows in my new unit tests.

MUST write unit tests for url parsing.

thought it is useful that http://trunk.foswiki.org/Main/WikiGroups/ goes to http://trunk.foswiki.org/Main/WikiGroups/WebHome if Main.WikiGroups? were to exist.
