Item264: Rebrand pattern skin

Changes:
  • Themes can now be selected from the Theme Selector on the plugin topic page
    • Choose between the spacier Foswiki look, with or without a frame, or the old TWiki pattern skin look
    • Choose the sidebar: left, right or none, or the TWiki small left bar
  • Two new variables have been introduced to enable themes:
    • PATTERNSKIN_THEME and PATTERNSKIN_COLUMNS
  • The variables to call custom CSS files have been renamed:
    • TWIKILAYOUTURL to FOSWIKI_LAYOUT_URL
    • TWIKISTYLEURL to FOSWIKI_STYLE_URL
    • TWIKICOLORSURL to FOSWIKI_COLORS_URL
