Item2558: Improve Skin Templates documentation

I have been trying to understand SkinTemplates, "Finding Skin Templates". Either I am a moron or the documentation is wrong at points 5, 7 and 9.

For example point 7, try to create a special view template topic in a web and call it ViewTemplate. It does not work.

My guess:

• the search order defines the overriding order in reverse
• or the search order defines when to stop looking any further (no overriding)

I have added a couple of examples of template names that worked.

For more I need some help. I will add Crawford here as he is the most knowledgeable in this area.

Well, it was right when I wrote the doc, but a number of people have dabbled in this code (e.g. adding the template search path) since I last touched it. Which is another way of saying "your guess is as good as mine". The only way to be sure is to reverse-engineer the code
