Item2414: configure crashes when some strange .po file exist

In my locale/ directory I had some .po files that git backed up for me: 
cs.po  cs.po.BASE.10249.po  cs.po.LOCAL.10249.po  cs.po.REMOTE.10249.po

This prevented configure for working, with a very self-explanatory (NOT) error: 
Software error:

syntax error at (eval 616) line 1, near "use Foswiki::Configure::Checkers::Languages::cs."

As it seems to me more of a core bug (not to be robust enough), I've coded a fix.
