any suggestions on what to do about these twiki files? although twiki-alert.gif was just added, there are other twiki filename and graphics in the repository:

• twiki-alert.gif
• twiki-irc.gif
• twiki.gif

i don't see these icons as particularly useful; it's merely an issue of "compatibility". should we create foswiki versions of these, and have twiki*.gif and foswiki*.gif entries? (both pointing to the foswiki version, of course)

Who will actually use these twiki icons except for PTh? I suggest to omit these.

It is great that you keep docu fixes and new icons synced over from the old project. It helps people migrate.

The T-word and T-logo should be excluded from syncing over though.

People will not need them and we do not want them as they are trademarks we want to avoid.

sounds good to me. closing this task.

the icons which i did sync from twiki.org (excluding the T(m)Wiki icons) had been released in 1.0.8, but didn't make the "bugs fixed" list documentation for 1.0.8.
