Item1722: FORMFIELD documentation is difficult to understand and there is an error in the example

It has become clear the past days that the FORMFIELD documentation is not easy to understand.

And what makes it worse is that there is an example of the use of FORMFIELD that makes you think that the alttext parameter does something else.

Clearing up the documentation so it gets clearer is most needed.
