Item1713: WebSearch does not pass excludetopic parameter

So passing ?excludetopic=MyTopic does not work.

Ist this also the reason why macro %SEARCH{"NewsCategory" excludetopic="WebStatistics"}% ignores the excludetopic element or have I to create a new task? Tested on FOSWIKI 1.0.5

This is unrelated.

I have used the parameter successfully though.
