Item1690: Call to the resetpasswd script is not logged

Call to the resetpasswd script is not logged

We do log change password event but not reset.

Easy fix.

Note that the user name we put in log is not the authenticated person but the person who's password is reset as we cannot know who the person is. He will normally be nobody as he will reset his password because he does not know it and therefore not authenticated.
