Item1472: Remove bookview from WebSearchAdvanced. And update docu to warn about it

In Item408 I removed bookview from search template because Google can kill a server when it hits it.

But we have reports that people still get hit so now I moved the last hidden bit from WebSearchAdvanced

I updated docu to warn people only to use it on limited results sets which is also the only case where it is useful.
