Item1214: In TablePlugin - Add 'px' if no size unit is passed

Priority: CurrentState: AppliesTo: Component: WaitingFor:
Low Closed Extension TablePlugin
TablePlugin now produces invalid css if no 'px' or '%' is passed in a size parameter. For instance with:
%TABLE{columnwidths="80,50,150,50,50,50,50,50,70,70,50"}%

Also some small refactoring in style attribute handling. Fix for 1.0.5.

Just for the record. trunk becomes 1.1 and not 1.0.5 wink

Good idea to keep these in trunk for now. At least until 1.0.4 or what ever we end up with gets released in very near future.

It is possible to release a default plugin between releases of Foswiki so we may get this and the other CALC enhancement available as a plugin upgrade long before Foswiki 1.1.0 gets released.

We decided to merge over the trunk to Release01x00 branch after this because we found it more stable.

So this one is also in 1.0.4 when it eventually gets released.

For some reason this actually never got merged.

I will merge this over now. With this I also merge over disabling the use of settings in plugin topic to help people not getting their changes overwritten at upgrades. Item1383
