Item11784: Wysiwyg no longer handles Foswiki Colors correctly

Foswiki colors were changed in Foswikirev:13506 from style= to class= named foswiki colors.

WysiwygPlugin is sensitive to the color settings and is unable to recognize colors any more. %COLOR% tags are handled as verbatim markup.

Added unit tests and fixed the issue. Note that this fix is somewhat related to Item1396, so both commits should be merged to 1.1.6.
