This is part of ImplementAddMeToAdminButton

Reading through the redirect / redirectto implementation, validation and handling are all centralized in Foswiki.pm. So I agree with Crawford's opinion that handling redirectto should be automatic and it's omission is more a bug than a feature.

This task adds redirectto to the Register script for the group related actions.
