Item11258: WikiGroups doesn't link to groups that are not WikiWords

The WikiGroups page states "A group name must be a WikiWord and must end in ...Group."

The WikiWord requirement is not enforced. The group is created, and is operational but is not linking in the list of groups.

The WikiGroups topic should force the topic to link using square brackets.
