Item11200: Use of uninitialized value in -e in Handler.pm

Foswiki::Store::VC::Handler.pm is causing undefined errors.

Seems to occur with invalid login URLs, that were redirected, but translated to lower case for some reason.

Recreate by logging out and then browsing to http://foswiki.org/bin/login/main/webhome

Problem is probably elsewhere, but fix in store seems to work.
