Item11008: Foswiki::ListIterator is not always loaded

When I disabled CompareRevisionsAddonPlugin I ran into the following error when viewing the InstalledPlugins topic:

Foswiki detected an internal error - please check your Foswiki logs and webserver logs for more information.

Can't locate object method "new" via package "Foswiki::ListIterator"

Looking at the logs I see:

Initially I thought it was related to the plugin, but now that I see that unless a plugin load fails, I get that error on the InstalledPlugins page. It appears a requires ListIterator needs to be in lib/Foswiki/Store/VC/Handler.pm

merged Paul's fix into 1.1 branch - this is actually somewhat urgent, as it is a crash in 1.1.3...

As far as I can tell this should be Waiting For Release. Is something missing?
