Including NobodyGroup (if you're a member of AdminGroup), which we need a unit test for.

I've added code to prevent user from being added to NobodyGroup or BaseGroup. Also added a warning. If type is automatic, and groups is emtpy and user is the AdminUser, it will warn that the new user will be added to every group.
