Two key functions make a mess of the string "0"

Foswiki::Func::renderText("0") returns ''

$response->print("0") doesn't print anything.

Of these, the second is the most urgent, as it means you can't return 0 as a result from a REST function.

Updated headline so it is useful as a one liner in release notes.
