Add div with class foswikiSearchResultsPager to allow SEARCH pager to be skinned.

This broke the unit tests in the release branch because they're testing against the footer, and the footer changed. Fix is minor, but I would like to understand why these unit tests are not on trunk, so I can't fix it right away... Might come back to it on monday if nobody beats me to it.
