Item10378: If BlogCategories is overwritten, the current value for Category disappears

Also fixed a sorting issue.

Release 1.7.0:

  • Make sure the existing value of Category field is not lost.
  • Fixed sorting on dates.
  • Added INCLUDE param display instead of section.
  • Added setting BLOGADDON_COMMENTS_WEB. *Documentation update.
