The System.Skins page has a number of broken links, namely to Foswiki:Extensions/SkinPackagingHowTo and Foswiki:Extensions/SkinDeveloperFAQ, both of which don't exist. The links are included in the core Skins.txt file and are therefore shipped to every foswiki installation.

There might be more broken links. Now that Item2322 has been resolved, you might grab any common link checker to give the whole trunk install an automatic check. Up to you.

For now I will just fix this. I am sure we have plenty of more of these.
