By default, System.WebHome contains the following text:

For most people, the System web is read-only; even administrators should not need to modify 
any of the topics here, though you may want to add your own topics - for example, to answer 
frequently asked questions from your users.

On my site, I renamed the System web to Foswiki, so this message didn't make sense. The default System.WebHome text should probably be changed from above to:

For most people, the %SYSTEMWEB% is read-only; even administrators should not need to modify 
any of the topics here, though you may want to add your own topics - for example, to answer 
frequently asked questions from your users.
