Item10136: Add module path to the plugin diagnostics - displays only for admin users.

Requested in BetterPluginPackageDiagnostics - this adds the module path to the list of installed plugins. This is displayed only when the user is an admin.

Request was for an additional column, but adding it below the plugin name to save horizontal space and leave more room for diagnostic messages if any.

Planned for 1.1.4.
