Javascript Warnings

I have installed and enabled the JQTablePlugin and it is working as expected. However I am getting the following warning with Internet Explorer (Copied from IE warning..)

Using firefox and firebug I see the following error:

Interesting; out of curiosity, what skin are you using? Does your table have any unusual features (e.g. an empty row)? Do you have any other table-processing plugins installed?

The version I just uploaded has been tested on IE

No nothing strange.. Happening with a custom skin I had but I reverted to Pattern and issue is still there.. This error appears on pages without any tables also. The following error message is from the error console on Firefox.. I upgraded to the latest version and its still there..

Error: $(this).tablesorter is not a function

I have all libraries loaded JQ Zone etc.... I have marked this ticket to asked again.. Should I create a task instead? I never know the difference to be honest!!
