NatSkin not rendering right

Once i installed Natskin, and got all dependencies installed and changed my SKIN path, it comes up but the left menu shows some wierd text, and the bottom as well. I also do not have a bulk upload either, it is still using the default upload tool.

Just looking at the un-rendered code you present above, I would start by making sure that JQueryPlugin and FlexFormPlugin are installed.

Excellent, I do not know how I missed that. The FlexFormPlugin was missing. Thanks so much!
