Personal Preferences Page

A Foswiki user's personal page (e.g. 'Main/JoanSmith') can be used to set various wiki-related preferences. For example, one could add: 
   * Set NOWYSIWYG = 1
to make editing raw wiki text the default. However, such preferences can be overridden elsewhere on the wiki, as described in the Preference Settings topic. To prevent this, one can specify which preferences are not to be overriden using FINALPREFERENCES, e.g.: 
   * Set FINALPREFERENCES = NOWYSIWYG
